Hey guys, Franco here.  Okay well so a few weeks ago, I was running in the Track/Field team. The taller kids were faster then me right? So that sucked losing to the taller kids since they have taller legs.. BUT I pulled a FRANCO out. In a week of training I got faster, stronger, and all that. And due to my training the kids that beat me. I BEAT THEM. Franco will always be #1 in everything he must do.! # ALLDAYEVERYDAY

Haha ok so on 2/22/12 I was in the gym at 5 :35 am…. I decided to work on swimming cardio… Get swimming shorts on and everything locked up.. I go to the shower area to dip in the shower… Im pumped up to swim.. So i go to the swimming pool door i push it!!!!….. ITS LOCKED. Im like okay wait a second this cant be locked i just showered.. *closes eyes* Opens.. okay lets try again *pushes* CLOSED TROLL FACE i wanted to break the damn door down. But i relaxed and said okay…. Time to hit up the steam room.. I enter so im like ahhh ill chill here till it opens..  few moments later FAT NAKED GUY ENTERS me thinking OMFGGGG HELLPP ME!!!!. As soon as he enters he starts stretching.. I leave the steam room. Go shower again. As soon as i give up hope i see an old man walking to the door and 5 seconds later.hes not coming back! # SUCCESSSSSS I went in and had a great swimming workout! # TEEN HULK LETS GOOOO!

I feel so great!

I was training a kid today and I killed his triceps in only half my normal workout.
It’s funny cuz now all the kids want me to train them, they all were watching him die from the pain haha.
I’m used as a 3rd person speech now, they call my workout the “Franco workout”.
LMAO

Haha okay guys, so I was in school today and my fellow class mates “they’re all usually on the benches” because they do not like to train. I was doing pull ups and one of the kids literally opened his mouth while watching me and almost started to drool ahahah. #ImTheGymPro BOI. Make everyone watch me. Feel like the king of the world haha.
