    Hi guys. Im 16 years old, currently about 140lbs and 5’6 tall.
    Here is some info about what I do for training.

    My Routine

    Monday: Chest & Abs

    Tuesday: Back, Shoulders & Abs

    Wednesday: Legs

    Thrusday: Biceps & Triceps

    Friday: Abs

    Sat and Sun: Rest and have fun!

    (For Abs I have two routines: olbiques and lower, lower top and middle)

    I also do training for boxing and mma during Monday, Wensday and Friday
